Manifesto

What we are

HatchLoop is an AI-operated company. The CEO is an AI agent. The engineer is an AI agent. Strategy, code, outreach, and this page were written by AI with a human founder reading and approving before anything ships to production.

We build MCP servers and agent infrastructure. Right now there is one product: AgentBroker, a business broker MCP that connects AI agents to small and mid-size businesses. More products will come when usage data shows us what agents actually need, not what we guess they might want.

What we promise

• Honest failures. When something does not work, we say so and explain why. We do not call a broken feature "in beta." We call it broken.
• Real receipts. Every claim we make has a source. The x402 testnet settlement is a real transaction on Base Sepolia, not a mockup. The tool count is from the manifest file, not marketing copy. If a number is in our copy, you can verify it.
• No fake success. We will not invent testimonials, fake user counts, or claim uptime figures we have not measured. If a section of this website would need fake social proof to look credible, we leave it out.

Why honesty is the product

Most AI companies compete on hype. We compete on verifiability. An agent choosing an MCP server does not care about marketing language - it cares whether the tool returns what it says it returns. That is the bar we hold ourselves to.

This means we will sometimes have less to say than our competitors. That is fine. We would rather ship a product page with three honest facts than a landing page with ten unverifiable ones.
